Digital Delivery, Project Fulfilment & Website Transfer Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Tyack Ecommerce Solutions provides digital services, Shopify website builds, ecommerce setup services and, in some cases, established or pre-built online stores and associated digital assets.

As our products and services are generally delivered digitally, physical shipping does not usually apply. This policy explains how digital services, website projects and online store transfers are delivered.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Custom Shopify website and dropshipping store builds
  • Pre-built or established online stores offered for sale
  • Website migrations, redesigns and ecommerce setup services
  • Digital marketing, consulting and other professional services
  • Digital products, reports, guides and downloadable resources

The specific inclusions, delivery timeframe and support period for your purchase will be confirmed on the relevant product page, pricing page, proposal, invoice or written agreement.

Where an individual proposal or written agreement contains different terms, the terms of that agreement will apply to that project.

2. Digital Delivery

Tyack Ecommerce Solutions primarily sells digital services and digital assets. No physical product will be shipped unless this is specifically stated at the time of purchase.

Digital products may be delivered by email, download link, shared folder or through access to an online platform.

Website projects and services are delivered through the completion, launch or handover of the agreed work.

3. Custom Shopify Store Builds and Service Projects

Custom Shopify stores and other service-based projects are completed according to the scope and inclusions shown on the applicable product page, proposal, invoice or project agreement.

The project may include services such as:

  • Shopify account and store setup
  • Website design and branding
  • Product and supplier integration
  • Collection and navigation setup
  • Domain connection
  • Payment, shipping and app configuration
  • Analytics and marketing account setup
  • Testing, launch preparation and handover

Project timeframes are estimates and may depend on the package selected, the complexity of the work and how quickly the client provides the required information, feedback, approvals and account access.

Any substantial work requested outside the agreed project scope may require an additional quote or written approval before it is completed.

4. Pre-Built or Established Online Stores

Where Tyack Ecommerce Solutions offers a pre-built, ready-made or established online store for sale, the assets included in the purchase will be described on the relevant listing, proposal or sale agreement.

Depending on the sale, these assets may include:

  • The Shopify store
  • Website design and content
  • Domain names
  • Supplier connections
  • Product information
  • Social media accounts
  • Business email accounts
  • Marketing accounts
  • Customer or trading data, where legally transferable
  • Other digital assets specifically identified in the sale

The buyer is responsible for reviewing the information supplied about the store before completing the purchase.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Tyack Ecommerce Solutions does not guarantee future revenue, sales, advertising performance, search rankings, profitability or business results. Ecommerce performance can be affected by the buyer’s management, advertising activity, pricing, competition, supplier performance and broader market conditions.

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Website Ownership and Handover

Once the agreed payment requirements have been met and the project is ready for handover, Tyack Ecommerce Solutions will assist with transferring or providing access to the assets included in the purchase.

This may include:

  • Transferring Shopify store ownership
  • Adding or transferring administrator access
  • Connecting or transferring a domain
  • Providing supplier and app information
  • Assisting with payment-provider configuration
  • Providing relevant documentation or training materials
  • Transferring other agreed digital assets

Some accounts, subscriptions or services may need to remain in the client’s name or be created directly by the client due to third-party platform requirements.

The client is responsible for maintaining secure login details, active subscriptions and accurate account information after handover.

6. Post-Handover Support

Shopify store build packages generally include a post-handover support period.

Unless a different period is stated on the applicable product page, proposal or agreement:

  • Launch and Grow Shopify store packages include four weeks of post-handover support.
  • Accelerate packages include the longer support period shown in the package inclusions.
  • Custom services, standalone marketing services and other projects include the support specifically stated in their individual scope or agreement.

The support period begins from the date the store or completed project is formally handed over, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Post-handover support is intended to help the client understand and operate the delivered website or service. It may include:

  • General Shopify guidance
  • Assistance understanding the handover information
  • Help managing products and orders
  • Basic launch-related questions
  • Clarification of the work completed
  • Correction of issues directly related to the agreed project scope
  • General guidance concerning supplier or store processes

Post-handover support does not automatically include ongoing website management, additional design work, new functionality, advertising management, product uploads, major content changes or other work outside the original project scope.

Where additional work is requested, Tyack Ecommerce Solutions will explain the available options and obtain approval before charging an additional fee.

7. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to complete and deliver the work, clients may be required to provide:

  • Accurate business and contact information
  • Branding, content or product information
  • Access to Shopify, domain and marketing accounts
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Payment of third-party subscriptions and platform fees
  • Any licences, registrations or permissions required to operate the business

Tyack Ecommerce Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, inaccessible accounts or third-party approval processes outside our reasonable control.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Shopify stores and ecommerce services may rely on third-party platforms, suppliers, apps, payment providers, advertising platforms and domain providers.

These third parties operate under their own terms, fees and policies. Their pricing, features, approval requirements and availability may change independently of Tyack Ecommerce Solutions.

We will provide reasonable assistance with the services included in the agreed project, but we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or future performance of a third-party platform or supplier.

9. Questions and Delivery Concerns

Clients should contact Tyack Ecommerce Solutions as soon as possible if they believe that a digital product, website project or service has not been delivered according to the agreed scope.

We will review the issue and work with the client to determine an appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable agreement and Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any legal right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
